Ambiance
Founded by retired BC Lions player
Primo Vallanueva, Primos is a cozy and comfortable little place with an amazing
view of the ocean. With a relaxed atmosphere, you don’t need to go dressed to
the nines. Inside the restaurant, you will find cool Mexican décor.
Food
We have visited Primos 5 times
since we discovered this little gem, all I can say is that I have never had a disappointing
meal. The food is always fresh, delicious, and authentic. Primos has been serving
up traditional family recipes since 1959 and was the first Mexican restaurant
to open in Canada. I highly recommend that you try my favourite dish, the steak
chimichanga; it is amazing!
Service
We have experienced nothing but
great service at Primos. The staff is always very friendly and attentive to
their customers needs. During our last visit, the owner (Mr. Joel Villanueva),
personally shook my hand thanked us for coming in. Now that is what I call
customer service!!
