The ice cream is very rich and creamy! I would rate Earnest Ice Cream in the top 10 best ice cream places in the lower mainland. The long line up and wait was the only thing that I didn't like about our visit; but mind you, that does come with a place this popular. I do love the fact that you can sample whatever flavour you want before choosing. Overall, I highly recommend giving them a try if you like premium ice cream.
